Uniform/ Conduct/ payment

Uniform:

We want to promote equality and ensure all of our students are comfortable and look smart.
Students are required to wear an ELDA t-shirt along with plain black comfortable and appropriate leggings, joggers or shorts and also plain black dance jazz shoes or comfortable trainers to move in.
Students must have their hair tied back and out of their face and must not wear any jewellery to class for health and safety reasons.

Please bring plenty of water/ juice to hydrate and we also have a NO NUT policy, no nuts or snacks containing nuts are allowed.

Conduct:

Children should not use mobile phones in class due to safeguarding reasons, they should be switched off/ silenced and put away for the duration.
Children will be allowed to use the toilets on a one at a time basis during class. Children under the age of 8 will be supervised to the toilets and back by a member of staff.
Children will only be released to an agreed family member and children over the age of 12 will need written consent to leave the premises unaccompanied.
We promote positive relationships and will not tolerate abuse or bullying in any regard.

Payment:

Fees are due on a monthly or termly basis prior to attending your classes. Please either set up a direct debit or respond to invoices promptly on or before the first of each month. Late payments will incur a fee and failure to pay will lead to loss of your/ your child's place. Your child will not be able to attend a class until payment has been made prior.
We ask for 2 weeks written notice of leaving - you will be invoiced as normal if the notice runs into the following month.
There may be additional show fee's to cover production costs and costume.
