Payment Policy
1. Purpose
The purpose of this Payment Policy is to outline the payment terms and conditions for all services and activities provided by ELDA Theatre Academy. This policy aims to ensure clarity and transparency in our financial transactions.
2. Scope
This policy applies to all members, participants, and clients of ELDA Theatre Academy.
3. Payment Terms
- Due Date: Payments for classes and workshops are due on the first of each month prior to attending classes, monthly invoices will be sent out.
- Payment Methods: We accept payments via direct debits and bank transfer. Payment details on invoices.
- Late Payments: Payments not received by the due date will incur a late fee of £1 per day. Continued failure to pay may result in suspension from activities until the account is settled.
4. Refunds and Cancellations
- Refund Policy: No refunds will be given for non-attendance or any cancellations made . We will endeavour to reschedule any 1:1 lessons if we have been given at least 48hrs notice.
- Class Cancellations: If a class or event is cancelled by ELDA Theatre Academy, a full refund will be issued.
5. Discounts
- Refer a friend: We offer 50% off fee's for one month for both you and a friend when you refer.
- Sibling Discount: Discounts are available for siblings at 30% off for every additional child signed up to the academy.
