At ELDA Theatre Academy, our mission is to provide high quality theatre training led by qualified practitioners that prepares our students with the skills and confidence for a successful career in the world of performing arts. We strive to create a nurturing, inclusive and friendly environment where learning is made FUN!
ELDA is affiliated with the prestigious London Academy of Music & Dramatic Art and we offer our students the opportunity to gain qualifications alongside their training with additional 1:1 lessons.
We offer 1:1 training in both singing and acting for all ages and abilities, from beginners who just have that burning passion to perform, to professionals looking for guidance and support before those big auditions. Our 1:1 students will have the opportunity to showcase their talents and progression in our winter concert.
Our Saturday Theatre Academy is for children aged 4-16 years, who will benefit from triple threat training in singing, acting and dancing and will work towards our winter concert and summer musical production!

In our Saturday sessions we deliver workshops in the three main theatre disciplines and work towards a yearly concert and musical production to give all students the chance to shine in the spotlight! Limited spaces available, ages 4-16 years. All ELDA staff are trained, certified and hold a full and relevant DBS to work with and safeguard our students.

1:1 students have the option of performing in our yearly concert alongside our theatre academy students.
Eloise is a professionally trained classical singer and actor from Coventry. She began her performing journey in musical theatre at the age of 10, landing many leading roles from a young age in popular UK theatre productions such as Annie and The Wizard of Oz.
In 2006 Eloise attended the open auditions in London for the role of Luna Lovegood in the Warner Bros Harry Potter film franchise and was recalled down to the final rounds out of 15,000 auditionees.
Eloise began her professional singing journey at 16, performing and recording locally, to then be talent spotted and offered a recording deal by Grammy Award winning music producer Roger Lomas (The Specials, Echo and the Bunnymen).
Pursuing her passion for theatre, she went on to study a BTEC National Diploma in Acting in Stratford-upon-Avon, home to the RSC, landing roles, such as, Sir Toby in Twelfth Night and Puck in A Midsummer Night's Dream.
Continuing her studies, Eloise was awarded a BA Honours Degree in Theatre and Performance and upon graduating, landed the leading role of Claire Zachanassian in The Visit at Northern Stage, directed by Mark Calvert (I, Daniel Blake).
Demonstrating her talents both on and off stage, Eloise has also studied and undertaken the role of theatre director and facilitator, producing plays such as Mr Placebo by Isabel Wright and Jeffrey Bernard is Unwell by Keith Waterhouse.
After a 10 year break, Eloise is delighted to be performing again in local theatre productions across the North East and has recently gained a place at The Voice College London, mastering the art of Vocal Pedagogy and Teaching Contemporary Singing, alongside working in primary education specialising in Speech and Language Therapy.
Having played a wealth of principle roles in many leading productions across the UK, and equipped with over 20 years of training and experience in the performing arts industry, she is delighted to offer her expertise to the next generation of aspiring performers at ELDA Theatre Academy and is passionate to make the arts more accessible to all!

Hailing from Coventry, Amana discovered her passion for performing at a young age. This passion led her to pursue a BA Honours degree in Musical Theatre at Arts Ed London, where she honed her skills in singing, dancing and acting. Her journey has taken her across the globe as a lead singer on cruise ships, to various UK commercials. Notably, Amana has graced UK stages in touring musical productions such as Joseph and the Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat, Hairspray and Motown the Musical to mention but a few.
Amana prides herself on being not only a performer but also a mentor. Her experience as Dance Captain and children's Captain on Motown the Musical ignited her passion for guiding others in honing their performance skills. This passion was further realised when she was appointed as Associate Director and Choreographer at the esteemed Young Vic Theatre. Amana finds immense joy in nurturing the next generation of performers, which is why she is honoured to serve as a patron for ELDA Theatre Academy, supporting young talents in their journey to excellence in the performing arts.
Ella started her dance training at the age of 3 years old at Gladwin Ballet & Stage School where she trained in various different styles of dance including ballet, tap and jazz whilst taking part in yearly competitions, showcases and pantomimes.
Pursuing her ambitions for the performing arts Ella went on to study a BTEC in Musical Theatre at Newcastle College where she was awarded a triple distinction diploma.
Ella continued, securing her dance teacher associate qualification with highly commended in stage and commended in classical. Following this, Ella took the opportunity to apply for a BA Hons in Musical Theatre at Newcastle College where she honed her skills and graduated with a second class honours degree. Ella is heading back to university this September to complete her PGCE and take part in a placement in musical theatre dance at NCUC.
Ella is excited to join the team at ELDA Theatre Academy and is looking forward to creating choreography for upcoming showcases!
